The role is responsible for reaching out to social media influencers and presenting compelling pitches to expand their brand and create mutually beneficial partnerships. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, creativity, and a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Research and Targeting
- Conduct in-depth research to identify social media influencers who are a good fit for our product offerings.
- Analyze influencers' audiences, engagement rates, and content styles to determine their potential value.
- Create a targeted list of influencers to approach for partnerships.
Pitch Development
- Craft personalized and engaging pitches that highlight the benefits of expanding their content and product offerings.
- Tailor pitches to each influencer's unique style and brand, emphasizing how the partnership can enhance their own brand and reach.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that will resonate with influencers.
Outreach and Communication
- Reach out to influencers via email, direct messages, or other channels to introduce the pitch and start a conversation.
- Follow up promptly and professionally to answer any questions and address concerns.
- Build strong relationships with influencers / their management/ agencies through effective communication and collaboration.
Negotiation and Deal Closing
- Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships with influencers, ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial agreement.
- Manage the negotiation process, handling objections and finding common ground.
- Close deals and finalize contracts with influencers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate influencer performance and campaign effectiveness.
