We are looking for a freelance bookkeeper who can take our weekly excel files and input those transactions into our Quickbooks account. We will categorize each line item, but you must be profecient in everything Quickbooks related.

We are a licensed retail cannabis company based out o Colorado so knowledge of Cannabis tax laws would be preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions into QB
- Provide support during tax preparation and filing

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar programs
- Solid understanding of governmental accounting procedures for cannabis companies
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry
- Ability to perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

THIS JOB CAN BE DONE REMOTELY. WE WILL EMAIL YOU AN EXCEL FILE AND YOU WILL INPUT EVERYHTING INTO QUICKBOOKS IN THE CORRECT CATEGORIES. PAY IS $18-$22/HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
