We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join the team. This position requires a professional who is adept at managing the administrative functions of a busy real estate office while also providing basic IT support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of ensuring smooth daily operations in both administrative and technical capacities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Ensure all administrative processes are optimized and running efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of organization within the office.
- Provide timely and effective IT support to prevent and resolve technical issues.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure data security and privacy measures are strictly followed.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage administrative staff, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate office logistics, including supplies management, office maintenance, and necessary vendor relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of real estate documents, contracts, and reports.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Handle communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Provide basic technical support to office staff, troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
- Responsible for managing/maintaining software license, and act as liaison to our third party IT provider.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, preferably in the real estate industry, but not required
- Basic IT support experience or knowledge.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
