As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and updating data into our systems. The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, has excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable working with large amounts of data.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files
- Generate reports based on data entered, as requested
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner
- Respond to data inquiries and resolve issues, if any
- Assist with data cleansing and data validation activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
