What you'll be doing:
You’ll work cross functionally with our account, strategy, and data teams to effectively coordinate talent-specific initiatives pertaining to campaigns.
Talent Strategy:
- Assist in the development of talent strategy as pertains to campaign goals
- Surface innovative ideas and opportunities for the brand to support emerging creators.
- Identify ways for the brand to engage with and support early-stage cultural and community movements.
Talent communications and negotiations:
- Maintain effective communication between talent, their representation, clients, and ZONED.
- Organization and oversight of contracts, negotiations, deliverables and more
- Oversight of talent deliverables
Product Seeding
- Distribute products weekly by creating order forms, packing, and shipping items.
- Personally deliver products to key individuals when necessary.
Monthly Insights Contribution
- Contribute to a monthly insights deck, highlighting key people, places, and trends for the brand to monitor.
Events Management
- Curate and manage guest lists for events.
- Handle RSVPs and maintain relationships with attendees.
- Provide in-person product seeding and other support as needed.
- Attend various events, network, and build relationships with emerging creators and communities.
- Engage in the music, art, fashion, culture, and entertainment spaces to increase brand visibility and connections.
What you'll need:
- Strong interest in music, art, fashion, culture, and entertainment.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for emerging trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
