About:
We are seeking an office coordinator with a passion for the beauty industry to manage operations at our Beverly Hills office. Responsibilities will involve office management and assisting the team with client projects and tasks as necessary.
Details:
- Monday - Thursday from 9AM to 6PM PST
- 36 hours/week
- Hourly Rate: $20
General Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative, hardworking, and enthusiastic attitude
- Manage office organization tasks including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring overall office tidiness
- Manage shipping, packaging, and logistics
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Assist in maintaining physical office filing systems
- Manage office equipment to ensure they are operational
- Complete both routine and non-routine daily and weekly assignments efficiently
- Demonstrate exceptional organization, methodical approach, and proactive nature
- Provide comprehensive support to the Executive Assistant and team in various capacities as needed
- Assist on event coordination and special projects in task-oriented capacity and occasional onsite support
Requirements and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a professional work setting
- Self-starter with an eye for detail
- Positive, inquisitive, and can-do attitude
- Team player who enjoys working with and helping others in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Passion for the beauty space
