Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The Customer Service Representative will also provide support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Qualifications

- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Experience working remotely
- Experience in the healthcare or disability sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
