## Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations to ensure smooth business processes.
## Responsibilities
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, answering phone, filing, scanning and organizing documents
- Utilize computer skills to manage electronic files and correspondence
- Assist in preparing documents and data using software like Sales Force, Excel, Esign, Adobe.
- Liason with Sales Reps and our Partners
- Manage phone systems and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Support Home office staff with various tasks as needed
- Coordinate schedules and appointments through calendar management tools like Outlook Calendar/ Sales Force
Manage PO's to Vendors
## Requirements
- Proficiency in clerical duties and office procedures
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Sales Force, ESign, Excel, Adobe and Printing process or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Comfortable on the phone talking to reps and customers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
