Portland-based 4th Party Logistics provider is looking for a Reporting Analyst to provide on-site support in key areas of our company. The ideal candidate will be a Jack-or-Jill-of-All-Trades type, able to provide strong problem-solving skills when dealing with internal and external customers.
Primary Duties
- Report creation, formatting, and distribution to internal and external customers
- Creating formulas in Excel to perform various basic analytic functions
- Provide backup to the Finance Manager by assisting in AR/AP functions within QuickBooks Online
- Retrieving data sets from internal systems for analysis by various departments
- Creating and maintaining customer profiles in the various company programs
Secondary Duties
- Aid with quality assurance reviews of data previously entered
- Aid in the processing of customer freight claims
- Work on special projects as assigned by the management team
- Aid with basic IT duties such as replacing toner, keyboards, monitors and troubleshooting basic system issues
We need a candidate that is very sharp, capable of multi-tasking and taking initiative. This is not a position that can be performed half-heartedly, your deliverables will impact the team daily and you will be expected to live up to the company expectations.
Shift is M-F, 8AM-4:30PM

Requirements
- Proficient at MS Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Basic experience with QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online
- Prior experience troubleshooting data-intensive issues
- Must always possess and exhibit the highest level of moral and ethical standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality of all company information
- Previous invoicing, accounting, freight or parcel job experience preferred
