Overview:
My Legal Academy, an online educational company Focused on helping lawyers grow and automate their virtual law firms, is looking for a digital marketing expert to support an established and rapidly growing brand.
As the Marketing Director at My Legal Academy, you will lead strategic initiatives to position our organization as the foremost provider of educational, training and coaching services for law firms and their teams. This role focuses on two key areas: driving lead generation through digital marketing channels and establishing brand leadership in the legal space. Your responsibilities include optimizing paid ads, scaling budgets and enhancing our online presence.

Responsibilities:
- Optimize and track paid Facebook Ads and Google Ads on a monthly basis (Cost, Leads, CPL, Clients, CPA, Revenue, ROI)
- Be in charge of the organization’s marketing ventures and work with Top Management to come up with promotional materials and discover new ways of promoting the law firm
- Launch new campaigns or services to help attract more customers/lawyers and get them to book a meeting with our sales team
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities via various social media channel and organize them efficiently
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to create awareness of the law firm’s business activities
- Use available tools to be able to maximize the reach of each social media ads that are being released
- Meet or exceed targets set every month be it number of visitors, clicks, views, etc
- Strive to continuously improve Marketing development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Prior marketing experience.
- Experience as a Marketing Manager or Director, Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Manager or similar role is highly preferred.
- Creativity in creating new contents
- Ability to deliver engaging marketing presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with managing different social media accounts
- Experience with tools such as Google Sheet, HubSpot, Calendly, Zoom, Slack and other Social Media Marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Sense of self-motivation and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and unwavering persistence.
- BS or BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
