We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our client services team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to launch their career. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
What you will do:
The position will be multi-faceted: you will conduct regular client review meetings, assist our operations team in implementing recommended changes as a result of those meetings, and uncover opportunities for our sales team to expand our offerings with our existing customers. A successful candidate will a) understand how to problem solve under tight time constraints and be able to prioritize tasks; b) be comfortable working in a team environment, that include external partners, and successfully lead projects in a collaborative environment; and c) be able to articulate the company’s value proposition to customers and partners. You will be building best-in-class solutions with industry-leading suppliers across all business services and commodities.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
· Account Development: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
· Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients.
· Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
· Presentations, Reporting and Analysis: Create business review presentations for each client.
· Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts and client feedback.

Objectives & Responsibilities
- Successfully conduct annual, semi-annual or quarterly business reviews with assigned clients
- Identify opportunities for new lines of business with existing Clients
- Summarize data and research to create Power Point Presentations
- Address client concerns and issues, acting as the primary point of contact between clients and suppliers
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic team environment
- Review and understand customer and supplier Agreements
- Manage Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) – HubSpot experience a plus
- Network and promote product and service offerings
- Occasional travel to conferences, partner, and customer visits
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (emphasis in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Communications or related)
- Prior internship or part-time experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
- Familiarity with procurement, business operations, or project management a plus
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong data analysis skills with Microsoft Excel and other databases
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and solve problems independently
