This curriculum was written by our founder , Tracey Wozny, and has impacted 10,000 children world wide to become character value based leaders.

Job Mission: To drive brand growth and visibility for Shapes Dance and Acro Studio, Lead Leadership Coaching and Taking Shape Non Profit Organization through innovative and effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and Executing Data-Driven Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns based on thorough market research and data analysis. This includes identifying key demographics, understanding customer behaviors, and using analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance continuously. The goal is to drive lead generation and convert leads into registrations, contributing to a minimum 10% sales growth over the next two years.
- Ad Creation and Design: Create eye-catching and effective sales and marketing ads using Canva with direct CTA's.
- Email Marketing: Set up and manage email campaigns through Mailchimp, ensuring timely and engaging content delivery and conversion.
- Social Media Management: Create, post, and manage social media ads and content across various platforms, engaging our audience and driving growth.
- Google Ads: Schedule and manage Google Ads to ensure optimal reach and performance.
Skills and Attributes Required:
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to design compelling ads and marketing materials.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Canva, Mailchimp, social media platforms, and Google Ads.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
