Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager 3 to join our team for a major project in the healthcare/public health sector. The position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects over $5M and the ability to handle complex paperwork. The role is fully remote, but candidates must reside within the state of Texas.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery in accordance with the outlined scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with public health or healthcare-related projects and preferably with State of Texas project management paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Manage project resources and stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.
- Coordinate project communications, reporting, and documentation.
- Oversee risk management, project control, and performance monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience managing large projects with budgets over $5M.
- Experience managing public health or healthcare-related projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with State of Texas project management paperwork.
- Experience in working with Texas state agencies on complex projects.
Additional Information:
- This position is fully remote; however, candidates must be located within Texas.
