Founded in 2018, we have experienced rapid growth since inception and are looking to add an Operations Coordinator to our team.
Through our technology platform, Neo offers independent agents the ability to access dozens of best-in-class healthcare products to develop individualized packages meeting consumer needs. Behind the scenes, we provide administrative services that enable our agents to onboard and sell using our platform in a streamlined fashion.
The Role
Neo is seeking an Operations coordinator to support the Operations department in the daily management of our enrollment management platform.
As a member of the operations team, you will lead the eligibility process, assist in commission calculations/reconciliation, be responsible for system data accuracy, and remediate any system issues. You will have the unique ability to collaborate with every portion of the team and effectuate change for the company.
What you'll do:
- Own our daily eligibility process – partner with our carriers to review daily eligibility transmissions and correct/troubleshoot inconsistencies or errors
- Partner cross-functionally with customer support and fulfillment functions to review daily systems issues
- Assist in the daily import of business critical data and ensure that any import errors are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Execute our Quality Assurance protocol – be the first to test and troubleshoot new features and issues
- Assist in commissions processing and new agency setup within our system
- Complete daily and weekly monitoring and reporting of our system and remediate any issues
- Participate in special projects in support of the associate of operations, including product configurations, integration builds, and system updates
- Conduct root cause analysis on system failures or areas for improvement; develop and implement solutions under the supervision of the director of operations
- Partner with our software developers to shape the trajectory of our platform’s functionality

The candidate should be looking to learn the fundamentals of our industry (Insurance + Technology) and is eager to take on any and all new accountabilities.
The individual must be comfortable working with large datasets, mapping/executing data imports, and, as necessary, correcting issues on a one-by-one basis through data entry.
Our ideal Operations coordinator does not leave an email unreturned or call unanswered, is able to quickly learn how our system works and will be a subject matter expert on our platform within 60 days.

Beyond these characteristics, here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this role:
Bachelor’s required
Minimum of 1-3 years in operations, information technology, or general healthcare/legal administrative experience
1+ years of insurance industry experience preferred
Comfortable developing advanced skills within our industry-specific PSA tool (Administration123)
Advanced/Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Comfort in managing large datasets, conducting data imports, utilizing SFTP transfer protocols
Experience managing multiple ongoing priorities in a compliance-focused environment
Project Management background a plus
Strong Communications + Organizational Skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
