In this position, you will lead the Content Production and Distribution team at Publitas and ensure that all client commitments are delivered qualitatively within the agreed requirements, time, and budget and with a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. This team is responsible for the creation & distribution of weekly online flyers created in the Publitas suite of products.

Take ownership by:
- Managing the Publitas Production and Distribution team, its processes, and client commitments.
- Stakeholder relationships (internal and external).
- Resources management from full-time, part-time, agency, and contractors/freelancers.
- Implementation and execution of our department strategy in partnership with the CCO.
- Scope and delivery of client Services
-Once off & recurring commitments
- Effective risk management and quality control are in place across all client service commitments.
- Setting and maintaining the bar for:

Job Requirements:
This challenge will suit you if:
- A degree or equivalent work experience in business, management, or a related discipline.
- Retail / e-commerce experience will be essential.
- Background/experience in the digital flyer landscape.
- Located in the EU to ensure close contact with team members and customers.
- Prior experience in a professional services or consulting role, preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated experience managing customer engagements, ensuring successful delivery, and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on driving results.
