Job Description:
Southern Integrated Solutions and Consulting (SISC) is searching for an office coordinator. The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal and demonstrate a proficiency in Microsoft products. Responsibilities:
- Office inventory control (supply orders & stocking)
- Facility management (coordinating repairs, renovations, etc.)
- Document management (office equipment, maintenance, etc.)
- Reception
- Mail acceptance and delivery
- Customer Service
- Assistance to managing staff (travel accommodations, calendar & schedule maintenance, meeting agenda drafting, take meeting minutes, submit expense reports, prepare time reports, etc.)
- Creating and holding parking tags and office key cards
- Space planning (managing office space and layout)
- Corporate communications (can be responsible for forwarding the communications from the office, forwarding SISC emails to Houston personnel, etc)
- Training tracking (keeping Houston employees current on required training and education)
- Document Management (keeping office records, databases, and files maintained for projects)
- Houston admin team management
- Support bookkeeping (approving Houston overhead bills, submitting Houston overhead expenses, etc)
- Improvement: Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 experience in office administration
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Inventory control
- Customer service
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- High efficiency and time management skills
