We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Office Manager to oversee various administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. Key responsibilities include managing credit control, handling FedEx/DHL bookings, and overseeing invoicing and purchase orders. The role also involves preparing documents, supporting goods in/out processes, and maintaining technical documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment. This position requires effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient office management.
Salary - $950 to $1000 Per Month

- In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in the industry
- Comfortable working remotely within the European time zone.
- BA/BSc/MSc or PhD in Science (desirable).
- Ability to manage credit transactions.
- Ability to coordinate FedEx and DHL shipments.
- Ability in generate and manage invoices.
- Proficiency in preparing various office-related documents.
