Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in San Clemente, California. This role is essential in our team, providing support across various accounting functions, including account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and data entry. The role is based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where attention to detail and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP are crucial.
Responsibilities
- Manage account reconciliation tasks to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.
- Handle accounts payable tasks, verifying and reconciling invoices, processing payments, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Oversee accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, tracking payments, and ensuring prompt collection.
- Coordinate billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and supporting the resolution of billing issues.
- Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring all financial data is entered accurately and promptly into the system.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, compile data, and perform financial analysis.
- Work with Oracle for database management, data analysis, and report generation.
- Use QuickBooks for financial management tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll.
- Operate SAP for enterprise resource planning, data management, and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Expertise in Billing procedures
- Strong skills in Data Entry
- Familiarity with Invoice Processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle software
- Knowledge of QuickBooks software
- Ability to work with SAP software
