You’ll work closely with our CEO and department heads, while collaborating alongside a talented ensemble of IT professionals. You'll be instrumental in the operations of the firm, with a heavy emphasis on purchasing, scheduling, shipping/receiving, HR, recruitment and strategic management.
Qualified candidates will possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, will excel in a structured environment and all things process and detail. You’re someone who is comfortable with problem solving and adhering to and improving company processes and policies and who at times will be tasked with juggling multiple, urgent deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Core Operations
- Formulate, enforce, and maintain corporate policies & procedures
- Administer company insurance, payroll, and benefits
- Review and contain operational expenses
- Creating & maintaining employee schedules
- Manage contracts and legal documents
- Review corporate KPIs and make adjustments to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Manage quality assurance programs
- Lead process improvement initiatives
- Act as a member of the executive management team
- Setting and reviewing budgets in cooperation with accounting
- Setting and reviewing goals and objectives
- Be a key contributor in short- and long-term planning and implementation efforts
- Inventory management and tracking
- Office organization and supply management
- Managing occasional employee travel scheduling
- Human Resources
- Formulates and maintains HR policies & procedures
- Recruitment and hiring
- Performance management and development
- Compensation and benefits management
- Review and verify reported time submission, and prepare payroll
- Planning and controlling change
- Scheduling/Coordination
- Schedule employee shifts
- Schedule techs at client sites as needed
- Company events
- Purchasing (in cooperation with accounting)
- Internal and client hardware/software/license purchasing
- Receiving/Shipping
- Chain-of-Custody tracking
- Project Coordination
- Maintain and report on project status
Requirements
- BS in Business Management or related field
- 5+ years of operations experience in a small to medium business environment
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite tools, and ability to master line-of-business applications
- Must be highly organized and able to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to read, interpret and make business decisions from financial statements
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to problem solve and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Valued Experience
- Familiarity with high technology business operations, especially IT and/or software development businesses
- Knowledge of software licensing
- Demonstrated ability to roll out new systems and find creative ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of software tools
Travel
- Local travel as needed to client sites and SpotLink offices, and occasional other travel.

- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation CA good driver record.
- Ability to work in an office setting including; sitting for long periods of time, lifting, bending.

- Compensation: $84,080 to $111,148 per year, depending on experience and location.
