Job Overview: As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing various digital marketing projects for our clients. Your role will involve overseeing campaign performance, assessing lead quality, suggesting website improvements, creating social media content, managing online communities, and communicating with both media agencies and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Project Management: Coordinate and manage digital marketing projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and are executed on schedule.
- Lead Quality Assessment: Review and analyze lead quality, providing recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Website Recommendations: Suggest and implement website edits and enhancements to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging social media content ideas, including posts, graphics, and campaigns, tailored to each client’s brand and audience.
- Social Media Community Management: Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and address inquiries or comments to foster a positive online community.
- Media Agency Communication: Act as a liaison between our agency and media agencies, coordinating media buys, negotiating rates, and ensuring effective campaign execution.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, discussing strategies, and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
- SEO and Content Strategy: Contribute to SEO and content strategies, ensuring digital content aligns with search engine optimization best practices and enhances online visibility.
- Ad Management: Manage and optimize Google AdWords and Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring effective ad placement and budget utilization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of Google AdWords, Meta ads, media buying, SEO/content strategy, and social media management.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
