Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance with internal purchasing and accounting, handling conference setups and foodservice, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The Office Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and utilizing clerical skills to support daily operations at TechMDinc.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
- Clerical Skills, including typing and data entry
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and Quickbooks is a plus
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Location and Compensation
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Burbank, California to perform daily Facilities opening duties at 8am. Pay is $20-22 per hour DOE.
