OFFICE MANAGER/BOOKKEEPER JOB DESCRIPTION
My client is looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper who is experienced with QuickBooks and tax prep.The Office Manager/Bookkeeper will coordinate and oversee administrative duties and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.
Responsibilities would include handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling bank statements, managing the profit-loss statement and balance sheets, payroll and onboarding new employees, overseeing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, facilities and IT needs.
Must be an outstanding communicator and relationship builder and be willing and able to switch gears from strategic thinking to dealing with the daily minutia like taking out the trash.
You will often serve as the face of the organization internally and externally with employees, clients and vendors.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This position may occasionally require long hours.
Salary and Benefits:
$60-65K depending on experience
Travel
Other than getting to the workplace, minimal to no travel is required for this position. Must be able to easily commute to Coppell/Lewisville office location.
