Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or relevant
technical degree preferred;
of 7 years of successful experience as a business analyst and proven history
managing and delivering large-scale, complex, multi-year project;
- A strong background in technology, analysis
and critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources;
experience decomposing high-level information into details, distinguishing user
requests from the underlying true needs, and developing solution ideas from

experience);
managing/working on projects through all phases of the Software Development
Life Cycle (SDLC);
organizational skills to manage agency expectations and project artifacts;
- Excellent listening skills and the
ability to elicit pertinent information from key staff;

re-engineering;

- Knowledge of process related

- Experience in finance/housing (e.g.
mortgages, mortgage insurance)
