Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the Retirement, Group Insurance, or Institutional Banking domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking.
- Develop detailed business process models and workflows to support project objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify potential solutions to business challenges.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and comply with industry regulations.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements and obtain sign-offs.
- Assist in the development of test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Provide ongoing support to project teams, ensuring that business requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
Experience
- Proven experience in the Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking domains is mandatory.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or similar.
Domain Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking processes, including product offerings, customer journeys, and regulatory landscape.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into actionable solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or a related field.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
