Location: Acworth, GA - Dedicated Office Room in the CEO's home for 4+ months until moving into a physical office location in Acworth or Woodstock

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team at Stingray Branding. We are a 16-year-old marketing agency from Charleston, SC, expanding into Atlanta, GA. As the Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our clients, as directed by our Marketing Director. You will work closely with our clients and our Marketing Director to understand their marketing goals and objectives and create effective digital marketing elements to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads.
The ideal candidate is experienced in creating social media graphics and captions, working on Canva, scheduling social media posts, and has used e-mail marketing and CRM platforms for marketing purposes. You should be highly organized, positive, coachable, and a problem-solver.
Responsibilities
Assist with developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, event marketing, and content marketing
Create Social Media & Advertising Graphics
Schedule Social Media Posts for multiple clients (reels, stories, graphics, photos, captions)
Set up and optimize ads on Social Media
Create and send out e-mail newsletters
Collaborate with clients and the Marketing Director to understand their marketing goals and objectives
Manage digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements
1 year of experience in digital marketing
Be able to show examples of social media posts, graphics, and reels that you have personally created for professional purposes and explain the tools you used to do so
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
General understanding of digital marketing tactics and channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledgeable with Canva
Knowledge of any of the following is a plus: WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, Grant Cardone, Event Marketing, AI, Opus Clips, Sendible, Go High Level, Zapier
