Executive Assistant / Project Manager Job Description

We’re seeking an Executive Assistant / Project Manager to join our team at Fix This Build That. In this key role, you’ll directly support the CEO and play a crucial part in managing our operations. You’ll be involved in driving new product introductions, coordinating communication with suppliers and vendors, and supporting successful product launches. You’ll also handle executive-level administrative tasks, while keeping the team organized and aligned.

- Organizing tasks efficiently while maintaining high-level focus

Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize meetings, and handle key communications.
- Project Management: Lead the coordination of new product introductions by driving communication with suppliers and vendors, tracking milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Operational Coordination: Oversee high-level administrative tasks, including managing internal communications and ensuring smooth project flow.
- Content and Brand Initiatives: Support content creation processes, collaborate on branding strategies, and contribute to outreach efforts.
- Vendor Relations: Lead discussions with external partners and vendors, negotiate terms, and maintain productive relationships.
What You’ll Need:
- 4 year degree or relevant experience
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, project manager, or in a similar high-level role
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful product launches or similar initiatives
- High proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools (Asana, Slack, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
