CMEGenius is an all in one SaaS solution for companies engaged in creating, delivering, managing, and selling Continuing Medical Education (CME) content. With this software a company can start their program from scratch in a day with no developers, IT, additional software, marketing experience, or other hassel. The software solves all of the pain points associated with activity plaining, financial disclosure, ACCME rules, and transfer of learner data. Typical annual recurring contract value of $25,000 and up.
Third Party Accreditation for journals, conferences, webinars, virtual conferences, medical societies, associations, hospitals and clinic systems. Annual recurring contract value starts at $7500 and up to $100,000 but truly unlimited potential.
Organizational CME Plans for employers providing CME access to our company CME course membership. Typical annual recurring revenue value of $1000 and up.
Our software product line was developed over the last two years with features that serve the same demographic as our current clients.
Compensation Package
Base salary of $40,000/year plus commission with unlimited ceiling. As little as 16 sales a year gets you to 6 figure income based on our product contract values. You do the math.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive at CMEGenius™. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, sales lead development and qualification, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is based in St. Louis, MO, with flexibility for remote work. Some travel will be required for sales, learning, and conferences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record taking a product from launch phase to successive iterations in the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Must have a proven sales record showing lead development and closing abilities
- Sales Strategy Development, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Experience in the Healthcare or Medical Education industry is a plus
- Knowledge or ability to learn LMS and Educational Accreditation Processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- We will highly favor someone who hits rhe ground running
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
