Ideal Candidate:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel is required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized with multi-tasking abilities.
- Apt in problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate with crew leads, workers, vendors, internal and external customers/clients, and other personnel
- Ability to multitask, be extremely organized and detail-orientated and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Construction/Roofing experience preferred
- Shipping / Receiving / Inventory experience preferred
- Bilingual Preferred
Job Description:
Primary duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Day to day administrative tasks
- Filing, order processing and record keeping (electronically and physically)
- Assists in tracking job progress and notifying Production Manager or Assigned Manager of any delays or discrepancies.
- Monitors CRM to make sure all active production projects have notes and pictures updated daily.
- Data gathering and data entry
- Getting sub contractor contracts together, signed and properly documented
- Directing workers in their day-to-day schedules
- Calling clients, crew leads, office personnel and vendors
- Scheduling and planning (day to day & long-term forecasting)
This position is required to work in a manufacturing environment facility.
Employee is frequently exposed to working near moving mechanical parts with risk of injury and risk of electrical shock.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud..
Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner according to company and OSHA safety guidelines.
Wear PPEs (proper protective equipment) as required.
