As the Office Coordinator, you help ensure the practice locations are running smoothly and that providers are receiving consistent administrative support in order to help our clients receive a top-notch quality experience. Full-time Position
- This is a full-time position
- Includes later afternoon and early evening hours until 6:30pm Mon-Thurs./5pm Fri.
Responsibilities
- Perform front desk duties as needed: greet clients, answer phone calls, scheduling, processing paperwork, sending of superbills, etc.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary such as checking mail/ faxes/ emails on a daily basis, document control, maintaining of calendars, overseeing marketing efforts, and streamlining procedures
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Oversee physical office needs with respect to repairs and communication with property managers/ landlords, cleaning services, etc.
- Oversee cleanliness/ tidying of office in public spaces including the kitchen, group room, bathroom, and waiting areas
- Manage office/ testing supplies inventory and ordering
- Assist in the development of office policies and procedures (including safety/ emergency procedures), and ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Assist in the hiring/ onboarding of new employees and independent contractors as directed
- This position reports directly to the Client Care Manager
