Company Overview
Positioned at the intersection of Fashion and AI, ZELIG has developed a patented B2B2C Virtual Try-On & Styling (VTO-S) Technology that delivers compounding revenue and savings. Zelig was founded in 2020 by luxury retail expert, investor and philanthropist Sandy Sholl, who during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic saw the environmental and financial toll of ecommerce returns on communities and bottom line profitability. As the Co-Founder and Chairperson of MadaLuxe Group, North America's largest distributor of luxury fashion and accessories, Sandy felt compelled to use her knowledge and expertise to identify a solution to this problem: bringing the fitting room experience to your browser. Digital return rates for Ready-to-Wear are as high as 50% for leading fashion retailers, making this a top issue for fashion executives. Zelig wants to reduce returns and deliver compounding savings for retailers, and in December, 2023, the company raised a $15M Series A to do just that.
