We’re looking for a Growth Analyst to partner with Sandy Diao, former growth executive at tech companies Meta, Pinterest, Descript (OpenAI-backed), Indiegogo, and more. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple domains in tech, including growth marketing / growth product strategy, venture investing, higher ed, presentations, and more.

You’ll be directly involved in all aspects of Sandy’s work, from managing schedules and joining meetings, to conducting research and analyzing data that drives growth strategies and investment decisions.

Your responsibilities

Coordinate and manage scheduling for meetings, calls, and events across various roles, such as growth advisory meetings, teaching events, conference speaking, and tech investing.
Participate in meetings to take notes, lead interviews, or follow up on action items.
Conduct research to support growth strategy development and investment decisions.
Assist with creating and refining presentations, reports, and other materials.
Analyze data and provide insights using spreadsheets, SEO research tools, and other analytical tools.
Execute with quality and efficiency on product and design projects, such as building web pages, making posts, or creating mockups.
Adapt to various tasks and projects with general problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Maintain confidential and streamlined communications across various projects.

Preferred qualifications

Generalist problem-solver
Interest or experience working at the brisk pace in tech
Bias for quality and execution
Data-driven and analytical
Experience in product management or growth marketing

Expected commitments

Three month period, stipend paid out at the end of engagement.
Estimated 5-7 hours a week.
Open to fractional / part-time with your other roles.
Remote candidates are encouraged.
