Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Consultant who specializes in paid advertising, A/B testing, and sprint testing. This freelance role will focus on executing and optimizing paid media campaigns, conducting rigorous testing, and providing actionable insights to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert who can hit the ground running and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate and improve ad performance, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Sprint Testing: Conduct rapid sprint tests to identify the most effective strategies and tactics for growth.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Use this data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Campaign Reporting: Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our internal team to align paid advertising strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Continuous Optimization: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in paid advertising and growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving results through A/B testing and sprint testing.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creativity: Innovative approach to testing and optimization, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations.
