The CEO and owner brings a wealth of experience in residential engineering and large infrastructure projects, including highway and bridge systems.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Executive Assistant Office Manager at New Beginnings Engineering Inc. in Irvine, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves managing daily office operations, providing administrative support to the executive team, delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing office administration tasks, and facilitating communication within the organization. Customer service includes setting up appointments for executive team, obtaining information from clients for team. Both calling and emailing customers is part of the job requirement.
Qualifications
- Communication skills, including written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to note take for Exec Team while they are on calls
- Experience in providing administrative assistance and office management support
- Strong customer service orientation and skills
- Proficiency in office administration tasks and organization
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus (Monday.Com, BuilderTrend)
- Proficient to Expert Knowledge of Software: Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Outlook, Gmail, AI Software
Experience
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry is beneficial
- Minimum 10 years experience in the tasks within the Qualifications section of this posting
- Willing to be in office 3 to 4 days a week in our Irvine, CA location (Irvine Spectrum Area)
