Position: Nursing Continuing Education Curriculum Advisor

Scale Strategic Solutions is looking for a Nursing Continuing Education Curriculum Advisor to ensure our courses meet the highest standards set by nursing boards across the US. This role is pivotal in ensuring the positive impact of our offerings to nurses.

Responsibilities of Nursing Continuing Education Curriculum Advisor:
- Content Development: Develop and inform learning objectives and activities for course content appropriate for nurses.
- Content Personalization and Impact: Collaborate with additional content developers and designers to tailor courses, ensuring they resonate with and are impactful for nurses across various regions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all course content aligns with both state-specific continuing education requirements and national licensing standards according to client needs. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting accreditation and approval documents and maintaining a log of all communications and decisions from regulatory bodies. Will serve as nurse planner of record for courses for certifying bodies.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Keep abreast of legislative and regulatory changes that affect nursing education and prepare compliance reports that detail findings and the actions taken.
- Compliance communication: Be the first point of contact for any compliance issues that may arise internally and externally. Responsibilities include responding adequately and timely to emails, documenting communication.
Qualifications of the Nursing Curriculum:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with a Master’s degree.
- 2 years’ experience in nurse education or professional development preferred
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships and complex projects.
- Experience with e-learning and digital education strategies preferred.
- Experience with nursing ethics or workplace wellness training design, a plus.
- Knowledge of the regulatory landscape for nursing education, a plus.
