Key Responsibilities- AI Implementation Roadmap: Conduct comprehensive research and interviews with our internal teams to assess current AI adoption, identify challenges, and pinpoint key focus areas. Develop a strategic AI implementation roadmap to enhance productivity and team satisfaction.
- AI Tools and Training: Lead the introduction and integration of AI tools across the organization. Train and coach team members on adopting new technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Innovation and Proactivity: Actively seek out and propose new AI-driven ideas to improve processes, drive efficiency, and achieve strategic objectives. Be a proactive advocate for AI innovation within the organization.
- Client Engagement: Develop AI roadmaps for clients as an "add-on service" to enhance their marketing departments' efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor AI solutions accordingly.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to transform successful AI implementations into a standalone offering, positioning &Marketing as a leader in AI-driven marketing solutions.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of AI initiatives, focusing on improved productivity, adoption rates, and team satisfaction. Long term, this position would be responsible for building a profitable revenue generating AI offer for our clients.
Qualifications- AI Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for AI and its potential to revolutionize marketing practices. Constantly staying updated on AI trends through reading, watching, and listening to relevant content.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, with the ability to evaluate and implement the right solutions for different scenarios.
- Experience: Proven experience in training and coaching teams on adopting new technologies, with a track record of successful AI implementations in previous roles.
- Proactive Mindset: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive change, rather than waiting for direction. A strong sense of ownership and accountability in all projects. General dissatisfaction with the status quo.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both internal teams and external clients.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to pivot and adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent; degree in technology-related field, engineering, marketing, or similar degree a plus.
