Who Are We?
Brother and Co-founders, Michael and Peter Cioni left their roles at Adobe and Netflix to launch their second startup together, Strada. They are seasoned pioneers in the emerging entertainment and filmmaking technology space.
The Production Squad is made up of a Director of Content/Producer, Director of Photography, and an Editor. We are seeking someone who has the filmic knowledge to fit collaboratively within our team.
What we are building is not your average company – we've assembled a dynamic team that combines the aspects of a production house and tech company to launch our product in the content creator and filmmaking world.

If this is you, then this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. Primarily, you will be responsible for daily office operations, events and general staff support. Additionally, a portion of your responsibilities will be assisting the Production Squad in all aspects of video creation for socials and the YouTube episodes, which serve as both product marketing and non-fiction.
Key responsibilities
1) Office Administration:
- Oversee the general office operations, including office supplies & crafty
- Scheduling and coordinating office events (i.e. company celebrations, dinners, etc.)
- Provide staff support on a daily basis
- Attend meetings and take notes
- Book travel arrangements: flights, hotels, etc.
- General household maintenance, keeping the facility clean, scheduling maintenance services, organizing/setup of office furniture and equipment
- Running errands as needed
2) Prod Squad Support:
- Gathering supplies as assigned, including equipment pickups and deliveries for shoots
- Assist with transportation, set up and break down of equipment in house and on set
- Assist with paperwork, including call sheets, release forms
- Help organize and maintain production files and records
- Coordinate with various departments (i.e. costumes, producers, camera, etc.)
- Assist with daily marketing tasks
- Has the ability to record data and assist with socials research/strategy
Qualifications and Requirements
- Solid understanding of film production, editing, audio mixing, photography, and graphic design
- Experience with on-set production equipment such as digital cameras, lenses, audio recorders, lighting equipment, and tripods
- Proficient in Google Suite and has excellent organizational skills
- Experience with industry-standard collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Frame.io, Zoom)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and is an independent self-starter
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
- Has desire to gain personal growth and career development
- Desire to learn new technologies and problem solve using a variety of tools and techniques
- Willingness and understanding that working in a startup means you’ll certainly wear a lot of hats!
Availability
- This job is entirely in person
- Must be available to work 40 hours a week (Monday – Friday)
- Role based in North Hollywood, CA
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Occasional weekend flexibility
