We’re seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager. If you live and breathe digital marketing, we’d love to talk. Summary of duties:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Channel Management:
- Support paid and owned digital channels to include websites, email, Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
2. Lead Generation:
- Help with strategy and drive execution to generate 100 qualified booked calls per month.
- Target qualified audiences with tailored creative.
3. Paid Ad Management:
- Develop, execute and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google, with other channels to follow.
- Conduct daily reviews of ad performance, making real-time adjustments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the budget for paid ads, ensuring cost-effective strategies that align with company objectives.
4. Campaign Management:
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across various channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Evaluate and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such a CTR, CPL, CAC, and LTV
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to align owned and paid media strategies with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors.
6. Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate regular reports on key KPIs to include CTR, CPL, CAC, LTV, retention, and overall campaign performance.
- Provide data driven insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Strong experience growing, engaging, converting, and retaining audiences through digital marketing.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly Facebook and Google.
- Proficient in A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Solid knowledge of digital analytics tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in the legal industry or working with law firms is a plus.
