The Role:
As the Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing new and existing projects, in collaboration with the project teams, and leading multi-disciplinary technical teams to successful completion of projects from start to finish. Your role will involve a wide range of duties required for project execution – communication with clients and project teams, project coordination, scheduling, maintaining records, preparing project documentation, assisting with document management, managing budgets, and invoicing.

- Between $ 60,000 – 65,000 / year

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a project manager for all projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk with the support of the Lead Project Engineer
- Manage a high number of projects simultaneously
- Prepare project coordination meetings with internal team members and/or external contractors and clients
- Act as a point of contact for clients and team members
- Assemble progress data, prepare monthly reports and dashboards
- Develop project schedules, tracking and managing project progress accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with document management, including proofreading and formatting
- Provide support to project team members
- Tracking billing and accounts payable
- Support the organization of company events and activities
- Perform general clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Education or certifications in project management or administration preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in similar role area of responsibility. Demonstrated experience in customer service management
- Strong organizational skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external team members, contractors, and client
- Exceptional English language communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
- A general understanding of accounting practices, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with project management software highly regarded
