We are growing rapidly with best-in-class retention, unit economics, and customer satisfaction. We recently closed a Series A and are looking to double down on growth on both sides of the marketplace.
Role Description
We are seeking a scrappy yet systems-thinking Head of Growth to take on the demand side of the Hopps marketplace. As the first GTM exec at Hopps, you will play a pivotal role in helping us better understand our users’ needs and behaviors, building core GTM processes, standing up a growth team, and architecting multiple inbound and outbound channels to be repeatable and scalable.

- Lead product marketing efforts to better understand ICP / user journey and drive improvements to positioning
- Recruit, hire, and manage a growth team, including (at least) a content manager and a growth marketer
- Own all marketing budget and hold accountability for return on marketing spend
- Oversee existing channels including SEM, email marketing, and referrals
- Run scrappy experiments to unlock effective new channels and strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field (e.g. growth marketing, performance marketing, SEO, product marketing, etc.)
- Experience with content marketing and standing up content as a foundational pillar
- Experience with paid marketing (e.g. Google Ads, FB ads, etc.)
- Familiarity with marketing tech stack (e.g. marketing automation platforms, email service providers, content management systems, etc.)
- Superb attention to detail
- Analytical prowess — you should delight in taking nebulous challenges and breaking them down into bite-size pieces that can be tackled
- Proactive self-starter who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with little structure or guidance
- Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics proficiency
- Experience in Growth Hacking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Certifications in Google Analytics or other relevant platforms
