Blackbird Architects seeks a part-time Office Manager with 4+ years of professional experience. As a key member of our team, this position provides a consistent foundation for the day-to-day running of the office.

Responsibilities:
· Provide general administrative and clerical support
· Answer phones and greet visitors
· Maintain a tidy, organized and efficient office environment
· Prepare conference room for meetings
· Coordinate and maintain hospitality/coffee/etc. office wide
· Errands as needed including deliveries and picking up samples or other materials
· Receiving/distributing mail and coordinating mail/parcels to be sent
· Order and maintain office supplies
· Support staff where needed
Skills/Requirements:
· Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Must be reliable, highly organized, detail oriented
· Good computer and phone skills
· Able to work independently and in a team
Start date: Immediately
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9-12 (15 hours per week)
Compensation: Hourly, $20/HR
