We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Office Junior to join our team and support key operations within our Contractor S Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Conduct welcome calls to new contractors ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Handle inbound contractor service calls, addressing queries related to contracts, payments, and general support.
- Generate and manage pro active campaigns.
- Manage DocuSign processes, ensuring documents are signed and completed accurately.
- Send contracts to contractors and ensure timely follow-up for outstanding documents.
- Add new contractor registrations to the New Starter Spreadsheet.
- Maintain and update contractor records, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Send batch text messages for marketing purposes, supporting outreach and promotional efforts.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- No formal experience required; full training will be provided.
- Previous experience in an office environment or customer service role is an advantage.
