We are seeking a visionary and hands-on CEO to lead a young DTC startup through its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in early-stage DTC marketing strategies, planning, and execution. This hire will be hands-on from the start.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and articulate the company’s vision and strategic direction.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Design and execute DTC marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Leverage data and market insights to refine marketing efforts and optimize ROI.
- Coordinate and lead marketing initiatives and campaigns independently, without relying on a large team.
Operational Excellence:
- Identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement efficient processes to enhance productivity and performance.
Financial Management and Business Development:
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and reports.
- Ensure financial health of the company through effective resource allocation and cost management.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Ideally you´re a seasoned (Senior) VP of Growth that has driven an exit and still executes.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, planning, and execution with a hands-on approach.
- Strong ability to work in an unstructured environment and execute action plans independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
