Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Shine Electrical Group in our Plano, TX office. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Office Manager/Bookkeeper and the project team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with A/P processing to include: coding, entering and payment of invoices. Vendor management and dispute resolution.
- Manage credit card accounts and expense report reconciliation
- Assist with A/R duties including billing and collections
- Maintain state licenses
- Assist with employee housing/travel requests
- Order supplies
- General office support such as data entry, emails, filing and typing
- Sort/distribute mail
- Answer phone/route calls
- Other support duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
- Clerical Skills proficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Excel proficiency particularly important
- H.S. Diploma with at least 3 years office experience
The following skills would be considered a PLUS
- Quickbooks experience
- Construction company experience
- A/P experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
