Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a high-quality workplace experience.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and interact effectively with executives.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate and execute in-office events, including logistics, communications, and setup/teardown.
- Space Management: Assist with space planning, furniture moves, and facility maintenance.

Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in facilities management or guest services

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hi-tech or hospitality environments
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Handy skills and ability to perform minor adjustments
- Familiarity with office health and safety standards
- Proficiency in additional tools (Quip, Slack, Salesforce, ticketing systems)
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
