Owns the master marketing project plan and workflow, prioritizing, re-prioritizing, marketing team resources, and revising project plans accordingly. Develops project schedules, supervises project flow for SEO, paid search, social, and content teams, assigning project – specific task, handling, communications and logistics, supporting the team byremoving road blocks, and keep internal and external stakeholders, agencies and consultants informed. Shares responsibility for overall department performance - monitoring, campaign, performance, trends, facilitating cross-functional collaboration between operations and marketing specialists to identify concerns, develop recommendations, and fine tune campaign content, media plans, and use of company resources as necessary to ensure objectives are met.
