Top-tier international law firm is seeking a hybrid Billing Associate to work in its Century City or Downtown LA office. Position works 3 in office and 2 at home. Previous billing experience in a law firm or professional services company is preferable but not essential. Training will be provided. Associate will handle administration of attorney billing responsibilities, including performing client billing and collection activities for assigned clients in a timely manner, monitoring aging of unbilled fees for assigned partners and/or clients as well as monitoring and managing outstanding accounts receivable, unapplied funds and collection efforts. Firm prefers a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Firm has excellent benefits and bonus structure - salary range is $62-$75k, depending on experience and skills.
