Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and execute project plans and schedules, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of client deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and external team members, including account management, creative, production and post-production, to prioritize and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to internal and external team.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare/present project-related reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in project management/coordination, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and commonly used project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, Wrike, Click Up, Avaza, etc.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and accept constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with video production and post-production is a plus.
- CAPM certification or similar is a plus.
