Your Role: Enterprise Demand Generation Manager
As we scale, we’re looking for a creative and results-driven Enterprise Demand Generation Manager to own and lead all of our demand generation efforts. This role has a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), content marketing, and field marketing to drive awareness and demand in this evolving space.
Role Overview:
This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on designing and executing targeted demand generation campaigns that align with Aircover.ai’s mission to deliver Gen AI for live sales calls. You’ll be responsible for developing ABM strategies, orchestrating field marketing events, optimizing lead generation, and creating compelling content to drive pipeline and revenue growth across key enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- ABM Campaign Leadership: Develop and execute targeted ABM strategies across key enterprise accounts to generate awareness, pipeline, and revenue.
- Field Marketing: Lead the planning and execution of high-impact field marketing events (in-person and virtual) to engage prospects, customers, and partners.
- Content Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, to communicate the value of Aircover.ai's solutions to target audiences.
- Website Optimization: Own the strategy and management of the company’s website as a key channel for lead generation, including content updates, SEO strategy, and conversion rate optimization.
- Pipeline Generation: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to identify opportunities and optimize lead generation programs that drive qualified leads.
- Cross-Channel Demand Gen: Design multi-channel campaigns leveraging digital marketing, content marketing, and direct engagement to maximize reach and engagement across targeted accounts.
- Partnership with Sales: Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, including joint ABM initiatives, deal acceleration, and sales enablement.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, optimizing for performance, and providing regular reporting on key metrics (pipeline contribution, MQLs, SQLs, etc.).
- Innovation in Gen AI Marketing: As Aircover.ai is a leader in a rapidly evolving space, the Enterprise Demand Generation Manager will push the boundaries of traditional marketing with innovative, AI-driven solutions to engage our target audience.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM, content marketing, or field marketing, ideally in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful ABM, content, and field marketing programs that drive revenue.
- Experience creating and managing content marketing strategies, including web content, blogs, case studies, and more.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how to tailor demand gen efforts to meet specific stages of the funnel.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with CRM, marketing automation, and ABM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Terminus, etc.).
- Expertise in website management, SEO, and optimizing the website as a key demand gen channel.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in AI, especially as it relates to marketing & sales, is a strong plus.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
