Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all facets of the company’s marketing, including strategy development, branding, content creation, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Stay current with AI trends and emerging marketing technologies, implementing them to enhance marketing efforts and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, support sales, and strengthen market presence.
- Optimize the company’s online presence through website management, social media strategies, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D) to develop compelling content that showcases the unique benefits of the company’s nutraceutical ingredients.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, utilizing data and AI tools to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars, driving engagement with key industry stakeholders.
- Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and key industry partners to enhance brand reputation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the nutraceutical ingredients or related industry.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in marketing, with the ability to create data-driven, innovative strategies.
- Proven experience in managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on digital marketing.
- Excellent content creation and communication skills, capable of translating technical/scientific information into engaging marketing materials.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
- Based in Southern California with the ability to work in a hybrid/remote capacity and attend industry events as needed.
