Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Handling inquiries, complaints, and issues from Amazon customers through phone and email channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proficiently using customer service tools and systems to record and track customer information and feedback.
- Establishing professional and friendly communication through phone and email to resolve customer issues and provide support.
- Assisting customers in resolving order problems, returns, and other service needs.
- Adhering to customer service standards and company policies to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telephone and email customer service, with the ability to handle various customer situations effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, adept at managing customer relationships and providing support.
- Proficiency in operating telephone and email customer service tools, efficiently recording and tracking customer information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively handling customer transactions.
- Team-oriented with flexibility, able to adapt to different customer needs and work scenarios.
- Basic understanding of the Amazon platform and e-commerce is preferred; relevant experience is a plus.
